Arb's new culinary instructor wants cooking to be fun, focus on local

Beth Fisher is no stranger to a kitchen classroom. She’s been cooking for years in restaurants across the Twin Cities like Lucia’s, Wise Acre Eatery, and most recently Kruse Markit.

Fisher has taught chefs both on a professional and personal basis during her time as an industry consultant and in classes at Cooks of Crocus Hill and The Kitchen Window, so when it came to teaching in the Arboretum’s Kitchen Classroom, she wasn’t intimidated.
