The Carver County Community Development Agency (CDA) manages about 700 rental units throughout the county while administering several rental assistance programs to help residents find affordable rental housing. Please refer to the CDA website for information on the programs below and more affordable rental options.

Bridges

The Bridges Program provides housing assistance and supportive resources for low-income individuals with mental illness.

Permanent Supportive Housing

The Permanent Supportive Housing Program provides rent assistance and supportive services for homeless and disabled individuals in partnership with Carver County Health and Human Services.

Housing Trust 

The Housing Trust Fund allows for residential, economic, and emotional stability for homeless or near-homeless people with disabilities.
