Homeownership made possible in Carver County

Since 1999, the Carver County Community Development Agency has managed the Community Land Trust (CCCLT) to help potential home buyers achieve their dreams of home ownership. Individuals with low-to-moderate incomes can purchase a home on property leased from the CCCLT through a 99-year, renewable ground lease.
