Waconia chamber announces winners of business awards

The Waconia Area Chamber of Commerce has announced the recipients of the Business Excellence Awards and names the 2023 Ambassador of the Year. The awards celebrate outstanding individuals and businesses that have demonstrated exceptional commitment, innovation, and service in the Waconia community.

The following honorees will be recognized at the Waconia Chamber Annual Meeting luncheon scheduled for Thursday, Jan. 25 from 11:30 a.m. -1 p.m. at Freshwater Church in Waconia. The event is open to the community and tickets are available at DestinationWaconia.org.

• Golden Apple Award: Paul Peterson, Sackett-Waconia

Paul Peterson is an integral part of the Waconia Chamber Business Education Network – Manufacturing and Trades committee, a collaborative group working closely with Waconia Public Schools to develop partnerships and build future workforce connections.
