Happy New Year! Every year I have been mayor, it has been my tradition to share 10 items that were the most memorable or impactful in Carver from the previous year. With that, here’s my list looking back on 2023:
10. Utility Billing Software: In August the city of Carver transitioned to new utility billing software (Invoice Cloud) that allows residents to sign up for autopay, pay by text, enroll in paperless billing, view payment and bill history online, schedule future utility payments and make a one-time payment.
